1. Low adhesion between particles: prevent particle adhesion in the process of drug application, improve coating efficiency and reduce coating cost.
2. Extremely low brittleness: it hardly breaks in the normal coating process, and the brittleness is the lowest among all pill cores.
3. Do not dissolve in water: do not produce osmotic pressure, do not affect the release rate of drugs in the coating layer, can also be used in traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and can absorb traditional Chinese medicine flow extract.
4. Sugar free: suitable for diabetes drugs, etc.
5. Wide application range: small size (0.15-0.212mm, 70-100 mesh) is suitable for suspensions, dispersible tablets, etc.
6. Good physical and chemical stability: it does not affect the content of drugs and does not produce compatible reaction with drugs, but MCC will degrade the content of prazole drugs.
