Overview

This product is a PEEK material modified by a composite of 30% carbon fiber, graphite, and PTFE. Compared to pure PEEK resin, it has a lower friction coefficient and can maintain good self-lubricating performance even under high-speed, low load, and oil-free lubrication conditions. It will not damage the grinding surface when worn against steel and is widely used in wear-resistant accessories for automobiles and pumps and valves.
