CAS: P386944 Cat. No.: P386944
AVAILABLE TO ORDER
GRADE & PURITY Ex:482nm ? Fluorescence excitation maximum at 482 nm — the wavelength of light that best excites this fluorophore. Match it to your instrument's laser or filter set for the strongest signal. Em:675nm ? Fluorescence emission maximum at 675 nm — the wavelength this fluorophore emits after excitation. Use it to pick the right detection filter and avoid channel cross-talk. 20 mg/ml in 50mM HEPES (pH 7.5) and 15mM sodium azide

Overview

PerCP (Peridinin-chlorophyll proteins) are natural light-harvesting carotenoid-protein complexes isolated from|Dinophyceae sp.|. The PerCP protein is a small ~35kDa phycobiliprotein which absorbs light preferentially in the blue-green spectrum. PerCP protein is commonly used for fluorescent immunolabeling, particularly in applications involving fluorescent-activated cell sorting (FACS).

Application:

PerCP is Peridinin-chlorophyll-protein complex, a ~35kDa phycobiliprotein used for fluorescent immunolabeling including FACS & FCM
