Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD45 Antibody (PE) (Ab232103) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab180308). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
