3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human DUSP22 Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing the bands at 19.7 kDa under reducing conditions and 19.1 & 37.6 kDa under non-reducing conditions. DUSP22 is a dual-specificity phosphatase. The catalytic domain of DUSP22 contains a conserved cysteine (Cys) active site, which promotes protein dimer formation through disulfide bond formation (Uniprot ID: Q9NRW4).
