Product introduction:SDS-PAGE Rapid Electrophoresis Buffer for Tris-Gly ( 20X ) produced by Aladdin is the most commonly used Tris-Gly buffer system for SDS-PAGE. Under the premise of ensuring the electrophoresis effect, the electrophoresis can be completed with 220 V voltage for 20 min. Compared with the traditional electrophoresis buffer, save more than an hour. Electrophoresis time. Significantly accelerate the electrophoresis process, improve test efficiency. When electrophoresis buffer temperature exceeds 40 °C, please use ice bath.
Product characteristic:
1.Rapid, when the electrophoresis buffer temperature exceeds 40 °C, please use the ice bath. It is recommended to use a voltage of 200 V.
2. The stripes are clear.
3.Simple operation, no need to weigh and filter reagents.
Matters needing attention:
1.1 × working fluid should not be used for more than 2 weeks after preparation. ( Sealed preservation can be extended to 1 month )
2.High voltage electrophoresis, high temperature, the gel is easy to produce bubbles, does not affect the electrophoresis. When the temperature exceeds 40 °C, please use an ice bath.
3. It shall be used only for scientific research by professionals, not for clinical diagnosis or treatment, not for food or medicine, and not for storage in ordinary houses.
4.For your safety and health, please wear personal protective equipment and clothing to operate.
Instructions:
The usage of ultrafast electrophoresis buffer is the same as that of traditional electrophoresis buffer.
The following is a user manual that combines Quick Bands and fluorescent protein molecular weight standards:
1. Prepare the sample and use fluorescent loading buffer
Use fluorescent loading buffer Quick Bands to process protein samples. Heat at 100 ℃ or in a boiling water bath for 5-10 minutes to ensure sufficient heating
Denaturated protein.
2. Select the appropriate concentration of protein electrophoresis gel
2.1. Choose prefabricated adhesive:
According to the mobility map of gel, select the appropriate concentration of Tris gly system preform according to the size of protein molecular weight.
2.2. gel preparation kit:
Refer to the instructions and use the kit to prepare gel of the required specification for the experiment.
3. Sample loading: After cooling the protein sample to room temperature, it can be directly loaded into the SDS-PAGE gel well.
4. Prepare 1 x electrophoresis buffer solution
Preparation
① 5 ×: Measure 100mL of mother liquor and pour it into a clean beaker. Add distilled water or deionized water to about 400mL and mix well.
② 10 ×: Measure 50mL of mother liquor and pour it into a clean beaker. Add distilled water or deionized water to about 400mL and mix well.
Fill the measuring cylinder to 500mL, which is 1 x working fluid.
After mixing well, it can be used.
5. Electrophoresis: Adjust the electrophoresis instrument to a constant voltage of 220V, perform electrophoresis operation, and complete the protein electrophoresis experiment in about 20 minutes.
Electrophoresis under 200V-220V voltage is completed in about 20min. Due to high voltage electrophoresis and high temperature, gel is easy to produce bubbles, which does not affect the electrical conductivity
Swimming. When the temperature of the electrophoresis buffer exceeds 40 ℃ during electrophoresis, please use an ice bath.
After the electrophoresis experiment is completed, the samples treated with fluorescent loading buffer can be photographed directly through ultraviolet lamp, LED lamp or gel imaging system
According to observation and analysis, there is no need to remove the glue, dye or decolorize. The sensitivity of Quick Bands is higher than that of silver staining.
