(+)SHIN2 increases survival in NOTCH1-driven mouse primary acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) in vivo with a synergistic effect with Methotrexate. (+)SHIN2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
