Übersicht

This product mainly consists of yeast extract, peptone, dextrose and adenine sulfate, featuring comprehensive and well-balanced nutrients with good solubility. It is commonly used for routine activation, scale-up culture of yeast strains and propagation before strain preservation. Preparation is straightforward; simply dissolve, make up to volume and sterilize prior to use.

Test Principle:

Yeast extract and peptone supply nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors, while dextrose serves as the carbon source. Adenine sulfate is beneficial to the growth of yeast.

Usage Instructions:

1. Accurately weigh 50.0 g of this product, dissolve it in 1 L of distilled water under heating to prepare a homogeneous medium solution.

2. Sterilize by autoclaving at 116 °C for 30 minutes. After sterilization, let it cool naturally in a clean environment before experiments.

1. Store at room temperature away from light; shelf life: 3 years.

2. This product is for research use only. It shall not be used for medicine, clinical diagnosis or treatment, food, cosmetics or other relevant applications. Do not store it in ordinary residential areas.
