Overview

Hyaluronidase (HAase), also known as hyaluronic acid enzyme, is an endoproteinase that can specifically hydrolyze hyaluronic acid. It is distributed in the testes and various body tissues in the body, such as the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and skin.
Recombinant human hyaluronidase does not use animal-derived materials and is free from exogenous contamination. Currently, it has been gradually applied in the field of antibody preparations, transforming antibody preparations that were originally difficult to administer in large areas into subcutaneous dosage forms.
