The turbidity of the immunocomplexes between coagulation factor VIII-related antigen (ⅧR; Ag) and its corresponding specific antibody is determined by the transmission method, and the turbidity is proportional to the concentration of ⅧR:Ag in the serum. Principle

The turbidity of the immunocomplexes between coagulation factor VIII-related antigen (VIIIR; Ag) and its corresponding specific antibody is determined by transmission assay and is proportional to the serum concentration of IV VIIIR:Ag.

Data processing: ⅧR: Ag content = (A-value of measurement tube / A-value of reference tube)×100%.

Normal value: 60-150%.

Caveat

1. When the turbidity of the specimen is too high, the dilution ratio of the specimen should be regulated and re-specified.

2. high blood fat. Jaundice and mild hemolysis have little effect on the results of this method.

3. Linear range of the method: 0-200%.Clinical significance: ⅧR: Ag content increased: seen in coronary heart disease myocardial infarction, cerebral thrombosis kidney disease, etc.. Decrease in ⅧR:Ag level: seen in vascular pseudohaemophilia, haemophilia carriers, etc.
