What are the recommendations for flow assay of mouse macrophages to detect M1 and M2 types of macrophages?
Most teachers do mouse macrophages will use F4/80, CD11b to determine the total macrophages, and then use CD86 to measure the M1 type, CD206 to measure the M2 type, but ultimately the customer to test which indicators or need to be customers according to the literature as well as their own experimental needs of their own decision, the above can be used as a reference.
