It is recommended to directly soak the living tissue in 1% BSA in PBS, RPMI1640 medium or special tissue preservation solution, which can be stored at 4℃ for 24h, and it is better to experiment as soon as possible. It is recommended that the teacher do a pre-experiment to verify it in advance.
