in vitro transcription technology

Summary

Usually transcription occurs in the organism, if we will contain RNA transcriptase, NTP and other conditions, in an in vitro cell-free system, using DNA as a template, mimic the in vivo transcription process to generate RNA, such a technology, then we are able to control the genes that are transcribed, the process of transcription, and the use of the RNA after the transcription, the technology is known as in vitro transcription.
