The client's cells themselves are not fluorescent, but the drug being processed is fluorescent, how does the client go about determining what the drug is fluorescent?
Prepare two tubes of cells for flow-through on the machine, a blank tube for control cells and a blank tube for treated cells. Turn on all fluorescence channels on the machine to see which channel has a positive signal, and determine the fluorescence of the drug by determining the interfering channel of the sample.
