  Fluorescent Antibody Diluent is used for the dilution and preparation of primary antibodies and secondary antibodies in fluorescent staining. If the staining background of fluorescent antibodies is relatively high, Fluorescent Antibody Diluent (Evans Blue Method) can be used to dilute the antibodies to the critical concentration, which ensures positive results for specific staining and negative results for non-specific staining.

  Fluorescent Antibody Diluent (Evans Blue Method) is composed of Evans Blue, salts, and other components. It is a blue liquid that reduces non-specific fluorescence and is suitable for routine applications. This reagent is for research use only and not intended for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.

  Operate according to the specific requirements of the experiment. After antibody dilution, store the diluted solution at 4°C in the dark.

Precautions

1. All fluorescent substances are prone to quenching; stained samples should be stored in the dark.

2. Although the use of Fluorescent Antibody Diluent can mitigate quenching, it is still necessary to avoid light exposure as much as possible.

3. Please use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to avoid affecting the results of subsequent experiments.
