GTP is guanosine-5'-triphosphate, which is called guanosine-5 '- triphosphate in Chinese. It can be used in a variety of related applications in molecular biology, such as in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis and so on. In addition, GTP, as a phosphate or pyrophosphate Messenger, plays an important role in the process of signal transduction: GTP can activate G protein, which can induce a variety of protein kinase mediated cascade reactions, resulting in a variety of cytological behaviors, such as cell proliferation, differentiation and so on. GTP can also be used as a high-energy precursor of mononucleotides to participate in the enzymatic synthesis of DNA and RNA. This product is GTP sodium salt solution with purity ≥ 99% (HPLC), the concentration is 10mm ± 2mm, and there is no endonuclease, exonuclease and ribonuclease pollution.
This product is produced with raw and auxiliary materials of medicinal specifications, and all kinds of pollution in the production process are strictly controlled. The product production and quality management procedures in line with GMP specifications ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw and auxiliary materials.
