MicroRNA Antagomir Negative Control is a specially chemically modified single-stranded oligonucleotide with full-length 2'-O-methylation. It contains 2 phosphorothioate backbone modifications at the 5' end and 4 at the 3' end, and is conjugated with high-affinity cholesterol-TEG at the 3' terminus. MicroRNA Antagomir Negative Control can be used as the negative control for miRNA antagomir.
