NTP set (100mM each, Tris Buffered) supplies four solutions including ATP, CTP, GTP and UTP, each provided in the form of 100mM aqueous solution, titrated with Tris base to pH 7.0-7.5. This product is free of Nuclease (DNase and RNase) and can be used in different molecular biology and biochemistry applications, such as in vitro transcription with SP6, T3 and T7 RNA polymerases, RNA synthesis, and RNA amplification.
Precautions:
This product can be thawed at room temperature. Keep it on ice for use and store at -20ºC immediately after use. Long term (Infrequent use; 1-2 times per month) at -70℃. This product is for R&D only.
