Descripción general

Phosphate Buffered Solution (PBS) is a balanced saline solution used for various cell culture applications. This product contains calcium ions and magnesium ions, and should not be used for cell dissociation experiments.
Usage method
BufferA and BufferB should be diluted separately with first-grade water at a ratio of first-grade water to solution = 9:1 to achieve a 1X concentration. The 1X BufferA and BufferB solutions are then mixed in a 4:1 ratio.
