Flow Cytometry analysis of unstimulated (left) or 500 ng/mL Ionomycin (I139530) and 10 ng/mL PMA (P408905) co-stimulated (right) Jurkat cells labelling PD1/CD279 (red) with PD1/CD279 Mouse mAb (Ab120764) at 0.5 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab179006) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221).
