D-Glucose-|13|C|6|is a monosaccharide found in plants. D-Glucose-|13|C|6|can be used as an internal standard for the quantification of D-(+)-glucose by GC or LCMS. D-Glucose-|13|C|6|functions as a tracer and helps to access glucose kinetics in vivo. D-Glucose-|13|C|6|has also been used for de novo fatty acid synthesis, as a component in tracing media for the analysis of stable isotope tracers, in minimal media for recombinant protein production, and for cell suspension. D-Glucose-|13|C|6|is also known as Dextrose-|13|C|6|, D-(+)-Glucose-13C6, D-Glucose-UL-13C and D-glucose-1,2,3,4,5,6-13C6.
Purpose
For R&D use only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. Any other use is the sole responsibility of the end user.
Endotoxin testing is done on the bulk form of the product before subdivision packaging. This bulk test does not guarantee that the subdivision or repackaged aliquot is endotoxin-free when it is received or used by the customer and does not imply suitability for any particular purpose. If the product must be endotoxin-free for the intended application, the product should be tested prior to actual use.
