After adding buffer to boil denatured proteins for cryopreservation, do they still need to be boiled after they are removed again? Why?
The purpose of boiling is to denature the protein. The protein denatured by adding buffer and boiling has been completely denatured, so there is no need to boil it again, and the sample can be counted after it is completely dissolved.
