K-Oxyma is the potassium salt of Oxyma Pure and is an oxime-based coupling additive for peptide bond formation. The potassium salt has improved solubility in DMF and is compatible with highly acid-labile solid supports such as 2-chlorotrityl resin. It can be used in carbodiimide-mediated peptide coupling while helping to limit epimerization.
