Product presentation:
Frozen section rapid antigen repair solution (5×) contains SDS and other antigen repair reagents, pH value is about 7.4, can quickly and effectively remove the cross-linking between proteins caused by aldehyde fixing reagents, fully expose the antigen epitope in paraffin sections and other samples, thus greatly improving the immunostaining effect. It is especially suitable for rapid antigen repair of frozen sections, which can be completed by incubating at room temperature for 5min.
Operation process:
1. Reagent preparation
1.1 Frozen section rapid antigen repair solution (5×) is stored in 2~8°C, usually there will be precipitation, if found precipitation can be placed in 37°C warming, shaking, so that the reagent precipitated re-dissolve.
1.2 Before use, the frozen section rapid antigen repair solution (5×) should be diluted 5 times with distilled water or ultra-pure water, and the antigen repair solution (1×) should be prepared.
2. Antigen repair for frozen sections: wash sections with immunostaining washing solution for 5min. The slices were soaked in antigen repair solution (1×) and incubated at room temperature for about 5min. Wash with immunostaining detergent for 3 to 5 times, each time for 3-5min, to fully remove the remaining SDS and other reagents. Subsequent immunostaining steps such as blocking can then be performed.
Tips: For your own safety, please take good protection before using the reagent, such as wearing a lab coat, wearing gloves, etc.
