Overview

RIPA (Radioimmunoprecipitation) splitting buffer system is used for splitting cells and tissues and for radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIPA). RIPA splitting buffer has stronger denaturation ability than NP-40 or Triton X-100, and is especially suitable for destroying nuclear membrane when preparing nuclear extract. RIPA lysis buffer system contains protease inhibitors, which can be used for mammalian cell and tissue lysis.
