The virus DNA/RNA was stored at room temperature for more than one month, which solved the problem of mold pollution after sampling. Sample saving step 1. Oral swab and nasopharyngeal swab: 3ml preservation solution is recommended for a sampling swab; 2. Tissue homogenate: it is suggested to add preservation solution according to 1:5 (that is, 1ml tissue homogenate is added with 5ml preservation solution); 3. Saliva, whole blood, serum and plasma: it is recommended to add preservation solution in a ratio of 1:1 (that is, 1ml of saliva, whole blood, serum and plasma is added with 1ml of preservation solution); 4. Feces: It is recommended to add preservation solution according to 1:7 (that is, 1g of feces is added with 7ml of preservation solution).
