Overview

This product is a triple antibiotic solution specifically designed for cell culture. It has been sterilized by filtration and can be added directly to cell culture media. The concentrations are: penicillin 10 kU/mL, streptomycin 10 mg/mL, and polymyxin B 25 μg/mL. The recommended working concentrations in cell culture medium are: penicillin 100 U/mL, streptomycin 0.1 mg/mL, and polymyxin B 0.25 μg/mL. This product is intended for use at a 100‑fold dilution, i.e., 10 mL of penicillin‑streptomycin‑polymyxin B solution (100×) can be used to prepare 1 L of cell culture medium. The manufacturing process complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 guidelines. Main Components Penicillin, streptomycin, polymyxin B, sodium chloride. Procedure Quickly thaw the product in a 37°C water bath. After thawing, mix thoroughly, then aliquot or directly add to the reagent at a (100×) ratio. As an antibiotic solution for cell culture, it can be added directly to the culture medium for immediate use. All handling operations should be performed under aseptic conditions. Unused aliquots should be stored immediately at ‑20°C or below, avoiding repeated freeze‑thaw cycles. Precautions 1. This product has been sterilized by filtration. Aseptic techniques must be observed during handling to prevent contamination. 2. To maintain optimal performance, avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles. 3. This product is intended for research or further study purposes only; it is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
