In Vitro

Acivicin hydrochloride (AT-125 hydrochloride; 0.1-50 μM; 5 days) has an IC 50 of 0.7 μM in human HepG2 cells. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

Acivicin hydrochloride (AT-125 hydrochloride; 5 mg/kg; IP; twice weekly) reduces urinary γ-GT by 70-78%. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
