The wells were coated with the indicated IgG at 0.5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h. A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alkaline Phosphatase) (Ab179008) was used as the secondary antibody.
