Rabbit IgG (Biotin) (Ab180318) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody (Ab138272). A serial dilution of Rabbit IgG (Biotin) (Ab180318) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
