Overview
Ham's F-10 Nutrient Mixture is a medium designed by Ham in 1963 specifically for serum‑free culture of CHO cells. Ham's F‑10 contains rich nutritional components and is suitable for the culture of human diploid cells, clonal culture of cells under low‑serum conditions, routine culture of mammalian cells, chromosome analysis of leukocytes, and primary cell culture of rat, rabbit, chicken, and other animal cells.
This product contains multiple components required for cell culture, including amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, etc.; however, it contains no proteins, lipids, or any growth factors. Therefore, this product must be used with serum or serum‑free supplements.
