Overview

  Annexin V Binding Buffer is an isotonic buffer used in conjunction with Annexin V dyes and either 7-AAD or Propidium Iodide. This buffer contains an optimal concentration of calcium that facilitates the binding of Annexin V to phosphatidylserine on the cell surface, which is essential for the detection of early-stage cell apoptosis by flow cytometry.

Instructions for Use：

Prepare 1X Annexin Binding Buffer by diluting Annexin Binding Buffer (10X) with deionized water.
