Overview

Bovine Beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 1 (Y289L) is a mutant galactosyltransferase that can efficiently transfer GalNAc or GalNAz to terminal GlcNAc residues. The latter can be applied to antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted cancer therapy and other applications.

Recommended Usage

1. Reaction System: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 6 mM MnCl₂
2. Reaction Reagents: ① UDP-GalNAz:antibody (equivalent ratio) = 300:1; ② Enzyme addition amount: enzyme/antibody = 5%
3. Prepare the reaction solution according to the above conditions, incubate at 37℃ for 48 hours; then place at -15 to -25℃ to terminate the reaction and conduct sample detection.
