Overview

This azide is soluble in organic solvents (e.g. DMSO, DMF), therefore the labeling reaction should be carried out with a small amount of an organic co-solvent. This azide can be used for the labeling of alkyne-modified biomolecules in mixtures of water with organic solvents. The solution in DMSO is ready for use in bioconjugation.
