D-Fructose-1-phosphate disodium salt is a very rare sugar for carbohydrate research. This chemical is an effector of the metabolic regulator Cra of Pseudomonas putida and inhibitor of translation of SugR, a pleiotropic transcriptional repressor, in Corynebacterium glutamicum.
