(1R,2R)-(-)-1, 2-diaminocyclohexane can be used to prepare:
Chiral C2-symmetric diphenylphosphamide and diphenylthiophosphoramide ligands react with diphenylphosphamide and diphenylthiophosphoride chloride, respectively.
Diurea and thiosemicarbazone ligands react with isocyanates and isothiocyanates, respectively.
Chiral palladium (II) and platinum (II) complexes with biological activity.
Multipurpose ligands for the formation of metal complexes. For the synthesis of chiral crown ethers with potential asymmetric catalysis.
