Overview

This product is a 5'-phosphodiesterase preparation refined by drying after ultrafiltration and concentration through advanced extraction processes, using Penicillium citrinum fermentation. 5'-phosphodiesterase hydrolyzes nucleic acids into 5'-nucleotides. Among them, 5'-GMP is a natural flavor enhancer, and 5'-AMP can be converted into 5'-IMP with the same efficacy under the action of deaminase. It is mainly used in fields such as food, condiments, nucleotides, and yeast extraction.

Basic Information

Product Name: 5’-Phosphodiesterase

Ingredient List: 5’-Phosphodiesterase, Excipient: Maltodextrin

Operating Conditions: Temperature range: 45℃-85℃; pH range: 4.0-8.0

Addition Amount*:

For yeast nucleic acid (RNA) as substrate: substrate concentration 2%-5%, recommended enzyme addition 2%-4% (based on dry matter of substrate), enzymatic hydrolysis time under optimal conditions 7h-9h;

For yeast as substrate: yeast concentration 10%-12%, nuclease dosage 0.3%-0.5% (based on dry matter of yeast), enzymatic hydrolysis time under optimal conditions 7h-9h. Inactivation condition: inactivated at 95℃ for 10 minutes.

Product Appearance: White, off-white, light yellow, or yellowish-brown powder

* Due to differences in raw material composition and process parameters of different factories, the actual addition method and amount of this product should be determined through experiments.

Due to the influence of fermentation raw materials, cycles and other factors, the color may vary slightly, but it will not affect the use effect.

Safety in Use

Enzymes are proteins. Inhaling dust or suspended particles may cause allergic reactions. Prolonged contact with certain enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Splashing and strong agitation may generate inhalable dust. It is recommended to wear protective clothing, gloves and eye or face protection.

Precautions/Storage

After each opening of the bag or bottle, if not used up, the bag mouth should be tightly tied or the bottle cap should be tightly closed to prevent the active ingredients from inactivating. This product is an active biological preparation and should be protected from light, kept at low temperature, dry and ventilated during transportation and storage.
