Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit/CD117 expression on BALB/C mouse bone marrow cells. BALB/C mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab191667) and either Rat IgG (APC) (Ab180313; Left panel) or c-Kit/CD117 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab209976; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test.
