Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit/CD117 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (APC) (Ab191675) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or c-Kit/CD117 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab191652; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
