Application:

Gold potassium cyanide is an important gold source used in electrolytic gold plating. The primary application of gold potassium cyanide is in the electroplating of metals. In addition, gold potassium cyanide is also used in the decorative plating of jewelry. It is useful for photoreduction of gold ions using the ZnO nanopowder. It is useful for the preparation of gold-gold junction electrode in the voltammetric glucose detection.
