IF analysis of HA tag (Red) in HEK293T cells transfected with a eGFP-HA tag. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with  HA tag Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab222048) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer for 2 hour at RT and then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (APC) (rp169048) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Flow Cytometry analysis of HA tag expression by HEK293T cells transfected with a mCherry-HA tag (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes and then stained with HA tag Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab222048) at a dilution of 1/500 for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (AF488) (rp181943). Blue - Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
