Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF555) (Ab219270) – IF/ICC IF analysis of Hsp60 (red) in MCF-7 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were then stained with Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF555) (Ab219270) at a dilution of 1/1000 in blocking buffer for 2 hour at RT. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF555) (Ab219270) - Flow Cytometry Flow cytometry analysis of Hsp60 expression by Hela cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol and then stained with Hsp60 Mouse mAb (AF555) (Ab219270) (red) at 1/450 dilution for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Mouse IgG (AF555) (Ab190246). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
