Flow cytometry analysis of MHC class I expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with MHC class I Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab189652) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306).
