Overview

NR160 is a selective HDAC6 inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 30 nM. NR160 shows low cytotoxicity against leukemia cell line. NR160 augments the apoptosis induction of Bortezomib ( proteasome inhibitor ), Epirubicin and Daunorubicin significantly.
