Common staining methods for plant samples include whole-mount staining and section staining. Whole-mount staining is more convenient for in situ labeling of staining results at the tissue level. Plant tissue preservation solution enables whole-mount stained plant samples to be stored for several months, providing more stable observation results, clearer structures, and better-defined details.
This product is stable, with low volatility and toxicity. It contains preservative components and refractive index matching components, making it suitable for the long-term preservation and immersion observation of whole-mount stained plant tissue samples. This product is intended for scientific research purposes only and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other uses.
Operating Steps (for reference only)
1. After staining or decolorization, thoroughly rinse the plant tissue sample and immerse it in the plant tissue preservation solution.
2. It is often used in combination with plant tissue decolorization solution. Samples treated with pigment removal can achieve clearer observation results when immersed in the plant tissue preservation solution. For long-term immersion storage, it is recommended to store at 2–8°C and replace the preservation solution at least every two months.
Precautions
1. Please use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to avoid affecting subsequent experimental results.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
