Polylysine PEG Conjugate, MW 2000 is a Poly-L-lysine PEG conjugate made from by the covalent attachment of PEG 2000 to the L-polysine molecule via its amino grops. Conjugate is provided in lyophilized powder form. There are typically 2-5 PEG2000 molecules on each poly-l-lysine. Average molecular weight of poly-L-ysine is 25 kD. PLL-g-PEG is a water soluble and positively charged PEG conjugate that can be used for gene transfection as well as surface treatment.
Comprehensive hazard, handling, storage, and regulatory compliance document.
