Overview
We used hyaluronidase from microorganisms and animals to degrade hyaluronic acid, and combined with HPLC gel filtration chromatography to prepare high-purity unsaturated hyaluronic acid disaccharide Δ UA [1 → 3] GlcNAc and saturated hyaluronic acid disaccharide GlcUAb [1 → 3] GlcNAc, respectively. At the same time, we can also provide 2-Aminobenzamide (2AB) fluorescence labeled disaccharide standards based on the above two hyaluronic acid disaccharides.
