Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of SIGLEC H expression on mouse leucocytes. BALB/c mouse splenocytes were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). Cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab191673), CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (APC) (Ab178872) and either Rat IgG (PE) (Ab180312; Left panel) or SIGLEC H Rat mAb (PE) (Ab191592; Right panel) at 0.1 μg/test. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of SIGLEC H expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD45R+ gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
