Nucleic Acid Extraction and Purification

Overview

  STET Buffer (pH 8.0, Sterile) consists of 10 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, and 5% Triton X-100. Referred to as "STET Buffer" for short, it is mainly used in plasmid preparation and other applications, and is a common buffer reagent in molecular biology. This product has undergone high-pressure moist heat sterilization and can be directly used for aseptic operations.
Precautions:
1. After opening the reagent, use it as soon as possible to avoid affecting the results of subsequent experiments.
2. Triton X-100, a component of this product, is corrosive. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with a large amount of water without delay.
3. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
4. This product is limited to scientific research use by professional personnel. It shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor for food or pharmaceuticals, and shall not be stored in ordinary residential premises.
