Overview
This product is a natural active protein extracted from non-genetically modified soybeans, containing two types of trypsin inhibitors: Bowman-Birk Inhibitor (BBI) and Kunitz Trypsin Inhibitor (KTI). BBI is a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 8KD Daltons, which has the property of inhibiting trypsin and chymotrypsin. KTI is a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 23KD Daltons, which has the property of inhibiting trypsin and is a stable globulin-type protein. Trypsin-chymotrypsin inhibitor is prepared by spray-drying a mixture of these two inhibitor proteins, BBI and KTI, in a certain proportion.
